Best At The Bay Terms and Conditions

The registrant and the participant have read, understand, and agree to the following terms:

I understand that I will not be refunded due to bad weather or any other condition beyond the control of The Alamo Academy.  In case of bad weather, Best At The Bay 2009 will be modified and conducted at The Alamo Academy, an indoor facility, where alternate activities with our coaches, will substitute actual game play.

Due to the high upfront costs of Best At The Bay Camp and limited number of participants accepted,  there will be no refunds for a player that cannot attend to due to illness, injury, scheduling conflict or any other reason.   The player may recieve credit towards a future Best At The Bay event, at the sole discretion of The Alamo Academy.

If a member of our coaching staff is unable to attend due to an uncontroable circumstance, they will be replaced by an alternate coach at a university, junior college, or a major league scout. 

Photos and videos will be taken of the participants during the event and will be used strictly for our marketing materials.  Your agreement implies willingness to be photographed or video taped.
